After many classic fragrances of light red fruit rose scents of strawberry, cranberry and red apple skin - the wine presents as dry, crisp and fresh. Flavours include those presented on the nose plus more red apple skin and red cherry, textures of very fine tannins, medium++ acidity and crunch. Nice flavours and textures overall. Drink now and through 2021.

Bright, light, cerise pink with some depth and pale purple hues on the rim. The nose is softly fresh with bright and fragrant aromas of cherries and raspberries with pomegranate notes, along with an amalgam of fresh and dark herbs, red florals and mouthwatering mineral elements. The fruit forms a deep core. Dry to taste, the fruit is sweet and juicy with flavours of raspberries, cherries and pomegranate, along with subtle notes of fresh herbs with floral lift and thirst-quenching minerals. The fruit is bright and lively, forming a fresh, but rounded and packed core, with light, slippery acidity underlining the fruit. The wine flows smoothly to an elegant finish. This is a sweet-fruited dry rosé with flavours of raspberries, cherries and pomegranate, with herb and mouthwatering minerals on a rounded core with a slippery line. Match with antipasto and tapas over the next 2 years.

Intoxicating notes of raspberries and cherries kick off the 2017 OTQ Pinot Noir Rose, which was sourced from the Branken Hill Vineyard in the Southern Valleys subregion of Marlborough. It's medium-bodied, loaded with succulent fruit, and finishes completely dry.

How pretty is this wine! The double whammy of gorgeous crimson colour and a waft of strawberries and cream gives this wine some serious edge. 97% merlot and a splash of 3% pinot noir from Gisborne on the sunsoaked East Coast, creates a multi-sensory experience involving buckets of plum, cherry, watermelon and tangy tamarillo. The acidity is zesty and the finish is dry and long. Sip with: Beetroot, carrot, mint and mixed seed salad.
